The ear studs FLY are the perfect match for a warm summer day and a game of badminton in the park.
They have the shape of a butterfly and are inspired by illustrations by Maria Sibylla Merian who was one of the first insect researchers. She travelled to Suriname around 1700 where she documented the fauna and flora there.
The dainty butterflies are made out of nut wood and about 1.2 cm (0.47 inches) wide.
The earrings are plastic free and can be recycled at the end of their life cycle.
I package all my products plastic free and with as little packing material as possible to protect the environment.
